An ITIL trained support engineer confident in the use of software tools to track incidents and share knowledge. With many years experience, Nick has supported the full range of technology used in modern broadcasting including TV and Radio studios, news, playout and also general office IT issues.

Nick has also worked in post production support looking after Avid editing systems, Isis/Nexis and NAS storage, Media Asset Management and workflow tools such as Signiant, Vantage, Media Silo and Baton (AQC).
