Another cliffhanger match this week working at Molyneux for EMG. Spurs scored in the 3rd minute and held out until full time, but amazingly Wolves scored two goals in extra time to steal a 2 - 1 victory.

Back to Brentford’s GTech stadium for another BBC Match of the Day with CTV. This one really was worthy of the Match of the Day title with Brentford taking the lead over West Ham, losing it, then coming back from behind to win 3-2.

Telegenic for Premier League Productions. Goals from Ethan Pinnock and Bryan Mbeumo for Brentford will make Chelsea think again, they had hoped to have ended their poor start to the season, now Brentford are above them in the league.

Cloudbass for Rondo. Wales pulled off a convincing 2-1 win against Croatia in this UEFA European qualifier.

EMG for TNT Sport. Despite seeming to be in control during the first part of the match, Brighton collapsed to lose 6 - 1. Ollie Watkins scored his second hat trick of the season whilst an own goal by Pervis Estupinan and strikes from Jacob Ramsey and Douglas Luiz completed Villa's score card.

EMG for BBC Match of the Day. Unfortunately not the match of the day, a rather dull 0 - 0 draw without either team showing any inspiration.

EMG for BBC Match of the Day. It all seemed to be going badly for Tottenham with Sheffield leading 1 - 0 at 90 minutes, amazingly Spurs scored twice in extra time to snatch the points. 

7th September 2023

Cloudbass for Rondo Media. A friendly match in Cardiff, with Wales taking on Korea in a warm up for the UEFA Euro qualifiers. The match ended in a 0 - 0 draw, so at least no one lost.

Another BBC Match of the Day with EMG, this time Chelsea v Nottingham Forest. Chelsea's £400M spending spree looked like poor value as they lost 0 - 1 when they should have been expected to win easily.

26th August 2023

My first game of the new football season was Brentford v Crystal Palace for BBC Match of the Day with EMG. The clouds in the distance are a foreshadowing of extremely heavy rain that came during the game, which ended in a 1 - 1 draw.

Back to the Principality Stadium for Wales v South Africa in the Summer Nations series. Wales coach Warren Gatland had picked an inexperienced squad  who took a drubbing, losing the game 16 - 52.

12th August 2023

Working with EMG on England v Wales at Twickenham. The return leg of the Summer Nations series. Despite taking the lead, and England having only 12 players on the field, Wales still managed to lose the game 19 - 17.

5th August 2023

Working with EMG on my first match of the Summer Nations series, Wales v England at the Principality Stadium. Wales won 20 - 9, and with Tom Jones playing at the Castle it was going to be a lively night  in Cardiff.

My first time working on the BBC's long running topical debate programme presented by Fiona Bruce. I was with Cloudbass working for Mentorn Scotland.

Working with Cloudbass on the Euro Qualifier match between Wales and Armenia. It should have been a walk in the park for Wales, and looked as of things were going to plan when Wales went 1 - 0 up early in the first half. Armenia had other ideas and fought back to win 4 - 2 leaving the Cardiff City Stadium crowd dispirited.

Working with EMG at the Non-League Finals Day at Wembley Stadium. Ascot United beat Newport Pagnell to claim the Isuzu FA Vase whilst FC Halifax Town beat Gateshead to win the Isuzu FA Trophy.

6th May 2023

Working with EMG on the final round of this years Gallagher Premiership. This round left a strangely exciting battle for eigth place with Bath needing to win with a bigger goal difference than Bristol in their simultaneous match against Gloucester. A last minute Ollie Lawrence try gave Bath eigth place and the chance to play in Heineken Champions Cup next season.

Working with Cloudbass at the Wales Cup Final in Bangor for the S4C sports programme "Sgorio".

A rather one sided match saw The New Saints beat Bala Town 6 - 0.

Back to Villa Park for Aston Villa v Fulham with EMG. Unusually we were using NEP's Pacific truck on this occasion.

22nd April 2023

Working with EMG again, this time Premiership Rugby in Gloucester for the Round 23 match against Sale Sharks.

A closely fought match ended 22 - 25 to Sale.

15th April 2023

Back to Aston Villa with EMG, this time to cover the Premiere League game against Newcastle United for BT Sport.

An on form Aston Villa easily beat Newcastle 3 - 0.

Working with Cloudbass for BBC Wales covering theURC game between Scarlets and the South African Cell C Sharks. Despite fielding a team that included a host of Springboks regulars, Siya Kolisi and Eben Etzebeth among them, Scarlets won convincingly 32 - 20.

18th February 2023

With EMG working on the Premier League match between Aston Villa and Arsenal for BT Sport.

The match was attended by Hollywood legend Tom Hanks, who knew he was a Villa fan?

12th February 2023

With EMG working on the Premiership Rugby Cup semi final between Exeter Chiefs and Sale Sharks for BT Sport.

A one sided game ended with Exeter winning by 46-3. Exeter now go on to face London Irish in the final on March 19th.
